The original layout by Scottish architect Fred Findlay was a true links course that preserved hundreds of towering oaks and natural wetlands on the site. When Arnold Palmer arrived in 1992 to modernize the Keswick course, he added new bunkers and tee boxes, while retaining the layouts original contours. The primary challenges at Keswick are the 14 elevated greens, which makes this course of modest length play significantly longer. With an Audubon Environmental Certification and a long-time commitment to preserving wildlife habitat on the site, Keswick is a course rich in both golf tradition and contemporary values.
